When things go wrong, and in life they often do... It's how the problem gets sorted out that matters. When I spoke to Claire initially about an issue, I was expecting the worst.. 'Send us photos' is normally a fob off and a way of prolonging the resolution of an issue but not in this case. I was offered a full refund, that I didn't really want (I wanted the item) straight away. We agreed a partial refund and I'm more than happy. Recommended and an excellent customer service policy. Keep up the good work.
