Bought some Paul Smith shoes. I was kept informed of the order status all the way and the item was delivered very quickly and well packaged - free delivery too, which is a bonus!
Unfortunately I don't like them (not Pilot's fault!) so having to send back, but I'm going to get something else instead from Pilot as the service is great.
