The site is really well designed and easy to use / order from.
The delivery was rapid, next day in fact!
However one slight problem was that one shoe had a lace missing. I emailed to explain the situation and got a prompt response and apology from Claire, the dispatch manager. That is excellent to see. Now I await to see how quickly this lace arrives but im sure it will be soon just like with the shoes.
All in all a great experience - mistakes happen but I judge companies on how they respond and netclothing seem to really have a great approach to customer service. Thank you Claire and team!
