I ordered a batting cage from them and when it was delivered I realized I had ordered the wrong size. I was hoping for a quick exchange. But, after weeks of back and forth I had to pay $94 for shipping back the two boxes. Then they only credited me back 65% of my purchase price because of a restocking fee. This is even though I only opened the two packages to put the return labels on as they suggested-all the cages and poles were still wrapped in the original plastic!! There are so many other places to buy from at the same price with better service and policies.
