“AVOID!! They use inadequate packaging which causes their products to get damaged in transit and refuse to send you correctly packaged replacements. Whilst they will refund you if you return the items or alternatively accept a 10-20% discount on the damaged item (i.e. £2 or £3 discount on a pair of damaged dumbbells) that isn't much good to you if you ordered a set of dumbbells and want a complete set from a single brand. I now have 75% of a set from them and have fill the gap in my set with another brand. I provided evidence that their products were not correctly packaged but their 'customer care' agent (Ellie) just repeated the line "we are unable to guarantee the prevention of further damages in transit despite any additional packaging measures. Therefore, we are not confident in sending another replacement to you." I found this response rude, dismissive and ultimately dishonest as Ellie knew full well from the evidence I provided that the root cause of the damage was poor packaging at their end. I will NEVER order from this company again and encourage others to avoid for the same reason. Reading the reviews below I can now see that this is a common theme!”

“We purchased the Metis boxing pole for our son as a Christmas gift in December. Recently, while he was using it, the boxing ball on top detached and flew off (it is a good job he had gloves on and no one was stood behind it, as it could have caused a very nasty injury). Upon closer examination, we discovered that the spring was severely rusted, indicating improper storage at the warehouse. It was not fit for purpose and dangerous! Despite sending photographs as evidence and reaching out to customer service twice, we regret to inform you that they have declined to accept responsibility for the faulty spring. It is disheartening that a product designed for physical activity and impact absorption would deteriorate within a mere six months. Given the circumstances, we feel compelled to express our dissatisfaction and disappointment with the product's quality and durability. Consequently, we have decided to refrain from future purchases from this company. Additionally, we intend to contact the appropriate trading standards authorities to report the product's unsuitability for its intended purpose. We hope that this matter can be resolved promptly and satisfactorily, as our son is understandably upset by the situation.”

“we purchased a golf net .... typical Far East product, flimsy inappropriate net that developed a hole after a very short time. The whole thing went to the tip and then presumably onto land fill. The bit of artificial grass you hit the ball from was okay but no good without a decent net. You buy cheap and it is elevatable you buy again.”

“Purchased Forza Elite Basketball hoop by phone, to a Dublin number. It arrived in good time, I got tradesman to assemble. After 13 months, the support bars had rusted through at the bolt points and backboard and hoop slowly fell the ground. I was told by customer service I was 4 weeks out of warranty. I cited consumer law, the product should be fit for purpose, and work for a reasonable time with normal use. I was told the company is registered in UK, and EU consumer law did not apply. The company did not respond to official complaint. Would love to add photos, but they wouldn't upload.”

“I honestly would never buy from this company again i bought close to a $500 professional golf cage from this company. Nothing is fitting nice and smoothly I have used soapy water and other lubricants to try and get this cage together and nothing works the bars get halfway and just stop... I have reached out to them but they are not doing quality control of high-end equipment they are selling. I am extremely displeased with my overall experience with this company... all I have to say is I could've gotten a better product on Amazon for more than half the price I spent on this one”

“I wish I came here first, as this is duplicate experience. This company's international marketing approach is to present as a business set up in your country domain to mislead you that they not exporting products. They avoid detailing this during the check out or on the invoice that the buyer is responsible for any duties or taxes of your receiving country like a reputable businesses would do. When contacted, they note and proudly present that they are in actioning there requirements of consent and to see the lengthy terms and conditions noting this. There customer service was completely unemphatic and identified that their practices are fully within the legal requirements and have no need or desire to be a transparent business within the international community. Please be careful if you choose to support this company.”

“BUYER BEWARE….!!! They sent me the wrong netting. I had to pay to ship back to them. I purchased a new net from them right then because I couldn’t wait for the original netting to get back to their warehouse for inspection of net for the refund to be issued. Call 5 days after they received the net and they said they didn’t have it. I said according to UPS. Dacron has it. After many emails of proof showing they accepted it, it magically appeared in warehouse. 2 weeks go by and I get a partial refund for the net. I’m losing roughly $700 over shipping and netting. Josie was the “manager” I talked to and said they wouldn’t do anything about it because I’m getting a “refund” for net but not any of the shipping cost. EVEN THOUGH ITS THEIR FAULT…!!! Do NOT buy from this company..”
