“Shipping cost was a little high but delivered on time. Product is good however one of the velcro straps quit working properly after the 3rd use so the unit is not as a secure as it should be.”

“This does what I expected. It's great for pushing the water off my sports court. Easy to use. It can be tricky when you work over "low spots" as it is a little rigid. That's the only thing stopping me from giving it a 5 star rating.”

“I have ordered from Net World Sports a number of times and service and delivery has always been fast and efficient. I had cause to contact Sam from Customer Services today about a manufacturing fault on an item, and service was brilliant, with a resolution offered quickly and effectively.”

“I ordered a fire pit table and rattan furniture absolutely superb but wished I’d ordered another set without fire pit table. Unfortunately I’d ordered a small rattan sofa with coffee table and the cushions are so uncomfortable. The company would have taken it back but I’d thrown all the boxes away. My fault.”

“Every product we have received (tennis rebounder, badminton net/racquets, pull-up bar, push-up board, workout mats) has arrived in a surprisingly timely fashion (and we live in Hawaii!), and has been very high-quality. We will gladly order again in the future. The only downside has been how busy customer service is during the pandemic, but it's understandable and your products have made our pandemic lockdowns bearable.”

“It was a must that I reviewed as I became questionable After placing my order and following up and never receiving a response. We placed our order on April 1 for a 40x12x12 net along with an L screen and batting tee on April 1. I had concern when I Didn’t received Anything more than my confirmation until April 14th that my shipment was on the way yet never made it. I was told my fed ex the box they received was empty. After reading reviews I was definitely concerned. I then received another shipping email on Tuesday April 21 and received it Friday. Our shipment was expected on April 21 latest as the website stated the delay and gave us that date. I was panicked as I had read the reviews once I began to question. I will say that the box was damaged however everything was received with great quality. The only downfall was I have yet to receive responses from the emails from the follow ups. I 100% understand delays with the pandemic, however a customer service area is critical for any area of sales. I am thankful we received our products and just hope the company can overcome their hardships.”

“Net and bungie ties are good quality and very delivered quickly and on time. The bungie ties are very handy and will probably prolong life of the net. My only gripe is having to pay more for delivery to Northern Ireland than rest of UK.”
