I honestly would never buy from this company again i bought close to a $500 professional golf cage from this company. Nothing is fitting nice and smoothly I have used soapy water and other lubricants to try and get this cage together and nothing works the bars get halfway and just stop... I have reached out to them but they are not doing quality control of high-end equipment they are selling. I am extremely displeased with my overall experience with this company... all I have to say is I could've gotten a better product on Amazon for more than half the price I spent on this one

I wish I came here first, as this is duplicate experience. This company's international marketing approach is to present as a business set up in your country domain to mislead you that they not exporting products. They avoid detailing this during the check out or on the invoice that the buyer is responsible for any duties or taxes of your receiving country like a reputable businesses would do. When contacted, they note and proudly present that they are in actioning there requirements of consent and to see the lengthy terms and conditions noting this. There customer service was completely unemphatic and identified that their practices are fully within the legal requirements and have no need or desire to be a transparent business within the international community. Please be careful if you choose to support this company.

BUYER BEWARE….!!! They sent me the wrong netting. I had to pay to ship back to them. I purchased a new net from them right then because I couldn’t wait for the original netting to get back to their warehouse for inspection of net for the refund to be issued. Call 5 days after they received the net and they said they didn’t have it. I said according to UPS. Dacron has it. After many emails of proof showing they accepted it, it magically appeared in warehouse. 2 weeks go by and I get a partial refund for the net. I’m losing roughly $700 over shipping and netting. Josie was the “manager” I talked to and said they wouldn’t do anything about it because I’m getting a “refund” for net but not any of the shipping cost. EVEN THOUGH ITS THEIR FAULT…!!! Do NOT buy from this company..

Ordered a volleyball net with poles for my school and the package did not come with the hardware to put it together. I asked if they could ship the nuts and bolts to put the poles together and they said they would. I never received the package with the hardware. I contacted the courier they said it was delivered. The mail person at my school said it was never received. Called back to NetWorld to see if they could send the hardware again and they refused and sent out to a request to the courier instead even though they already did that the first time.

I bought a CosySpa hot tub on the 20th of December from Net World Sports and everything that could go wrong, went wrong! Firstly paid 108 euros for the 2 day delivery. The delivery came in 5 different boxes and the last box of arrived in 9 days actually, so what's the point in paying extra for 'quicker' delivery? Secondly, their website states that the hot tub was UK 220-240V powered but the product delivered was 120V, so now I need to use a voltage converter to get that working. Lastly, and worst of all, the pump in the hot tub came broken, it does not work at all. I've ringed them 4 days and sent a dozen emails, they asked for a video recording, but nothing has been done yet. Essentially I'm 660€ short and have a broken hot tub 19 days after my purchase Order number: S12808426

The back of the wetsuit ripped after two uses. I only used it while s snorkeling in a river, so the back was not scraping on anything. Would strongly not recommend purchasing this wetsuit.

We were surprised that the soccer target net cover we purchased came apart the first weekend my 8-year-old daughter used it. She was pretty disappointed. The stitching just completely gave out…

I had an extremely negative experience with this company. I was searching for a 16 x 7 soccer goal post for my kids and found one at a reasonable price on thier website. I also saw the same product on Amazon, but since their price was lower, I decided to make the purchase from them. The shipping was on time, but the product's quality was subpar. After a couple of weeks, one of the side pieces broke. I contacted the company to request a fix, and after some back-and-forth, they sent replacement side pieces. However, the problem persisted, with the side pieces breaking again after a few weeks of use. It became evident that the material was flimsy, and even minor impacts or slight wind would cause it to break. Frustrated, I wanted to return the product and receive a refund, but they started making excuses, claiming that I had installed it incorrectly or that my kids were responsible for the damage. They coerced me into reinstalling it, which was a painstaking process. However, the same issues reoccurred after a few weeks of use. At this point, I had enough and reached out to them with pictures . Finally, they reluctantly agreed to accept the return, but they insisted that I pay for the shipping charges. Keep in mind that I had to ship the product back from the US to the UK, and the shipping cost was almost as much as the refund itself, given the two heavy packages - one for the bar and the other for the remaining parts. I explained my situation, but they remained inflexible. Frustrated with their lack of cooperation, I had no choice but to file a dispute through my credit card company. Shortly thereafter, the seller came to terms, sent me a prepaid shipping label, and I returned the product. In conclusion, I strongly advise against purchasing any products from them and recommend avoiding this seller altogether.

Really poor customer services. Have sent my parcel back via post office for a refund and have proof of this. Net world is refusing to give me a refund or a item in exchange. Been chasing for months now and there blaming me! When they have lost my return and still refusing to refund my order or let me speak to a manager

I ordered 5ft High Astroturf Slalom Poles - Pack Of 8 for $307 on Sept 12. On Sept 19 I followed up after confirming that I am not ordering from the UK but from North America and assured the equipment would be delivered expediently. On Sept 27, after no response, it occurred to me I got scammed. I wrote the company saying that I got scammed congratulations. I received a response finally on Sept 28 assuring me I didn't get scammed. On Sept 29 I wrote another message "still nothing" as no information followed his last email. On the same day I was sent that they are typing with their warehouse and that if I placed an order in the future they would compensate me and he apologized. Then nothing was sent, no tracking, no information about my order. So I sent this on October 3, 2023 "Good morning, You assured me this isn't a scam yet you don't respond to emails or give updates. Gareth I deserve a response. When will the product I ordered be shipped? That isn't rude or unfair, it is well within my rights to expect a minimum response." I had to follow up again with the main sales email and was told the person I was dealing with just went on vacation and that they would look into my order. Then another day went by and I explained that me following up with people on vacation after a month of trying to get my order is insane. They apologized again and sent me a tracking number. I finally received the order on October 16 and it was missing the base for the poles to stand up. No one contacted me and nothing was said. So I followed up (again) and was told they would look into it on October 17. Today I recieved an email saying that the base was shipped separately and from the tracking number it appears I won't be getting them for weeks. And no apologies this time.. This is ridiculous. Don't bother. There are way better companies who will have the decency to credit you and follow up with your order after so many blunders. Date of experience: October 17, 2023

I bought a wet suit from Net World Sports which turned out to be small so needed to return but they're using every excuse to defer it. even though I don't even have to provide a reason, they behave like I need to beg and convince them. Though I meet all the criteria such as a simple paper tag (which by the way is fine in my case but could have been easily torn during transport) they're still bringing up new stuff and not responding my request to assist with the return. Not worth your time and nerves, there are tons of better alternatives out there.

Worst customer service ever. Total scammers. Steer clear. I was sent a cricket net that was dirty, full of leaves and had mud on the poles and in a torn box. It was for a gift and wasn’t fit to give to the recipient so I emailed Networld Sports and asked to return it assuming that would be fairly straightforward- I’d been sent items unfit for sale so should be able to get a refund. I was asked to send photos but as it had taken about an hour to repackage it (it was massive and squeezed into a tiny box) I was reluctant to unpack again as the box had been badly torn when it arrived and I didn’t think it would survive being opened again. So they told me they’d take it back but I’d have to cover return shipping as they hadn’t seen photos - fair enough. I shipped it back assuming they’d therefore check it when it arrived with them. But then once they had it back, they did nothing, I didn’t even get a refund or any acknowledgment they’d received it. So I pestered and pestered sending several emails until eventually I received a partial refund with some funds missing. I pestered some more and several emails later, a bit more refund trickled thought. But now there is still some money missing from the refund for the purchase price, and they are refusing to refund the outbound or return shipping costs because I ‘didn’t send photos’. This is crazy- they have the item and can open and check the condition like any other retailer would and didn’t tell me this would be what would happen because I didn’t send photos. The customer services experience has been woeful - really the worst I’ve even experienced. They’ve don’t reply to messages unless you threaten something, then when they do they have made me feel like somehow I’m in the wrong for asking for a refund when I’ve been sent a used and dirty product not fit for sale. They have outright stollen my money. As I foolishly paid with Klarna it seems I have no way of forcing them to give me my money back as there is no chargeback procedure. So I am considering a small claims court claim as I’m so furious. This company are total scammers. Steer clear!

Do not order from this company from Ireland. They profiteer on postage. They charged 46 pounds to send me an A4 from Wales to Ireland. Scammers, hoping to slip the postage costs past you.

These guys are crooks!!!!!! Do not have them ship anything to North America they will charge you twice for shipping. Their customer relations is horrible. When I called to ask why I had to pay shipping again when it was delivered, the rep said if I full read their terms and conditions (networldsports.ca/terms) I would have seen buried deep in there that they charge extra on top of what they already charge for international shipping, shady!! Maybe just add that juicy tidbit when you got to cart check out. Guess then the customer would see what the real cost is and they would be out of business. They hide the additional "Shipping fee" deep in their Terms and conditions amongst their legal information about their website I wouldn't waste my time with these crooks. All their 5 and 4 star rating and comment 100% fake!!

This company should be avoided, they have not delivered the ordered item, and when it became clear it wasn't going to be delivered anywhere near on time it was cancelled. I've had to raise a issue with PayPal to get my money back.

I am waiting for you to justify why you have sent me two networks of inferior quality to the one offered. I insist that advertising a product for sale and sending another of inferior quality, unless you have a justified reason, is a crime of fraud. Even in the event that they had not been able, for whatever reason, to send the product offered, they should have offered me the possibility of canceling the order or placing it under different and appropriate conditions for the product they had. I urge you to offer me the appropriate response. If this is not the case, I will be forced to initiate the actions that I consider pertinent to denounce this fact. Order Number: 1400016012.

Exceptionally bad experience, primitive processes. Also see their returns email below (worth a read as unusual, they knock of 25% "handling fee" on some items, and 40% restocking fee if your item is "dirty") Customer service by far the worst i've experienced. I paid £10 for next-day delivery for something needed urgently. They never sent it special, however the worst part was trying to claw back the money for that postage. When the item eventually arrived it wasn't needed (or in fact any good) so I started returns. No automated returns, I had to call up (8th person in queue when I called), had to post tracked, plus email them with the tracking number. HERE'S YOUR RETURN INFORMATION Hello, Please find below instructions of how to return your item to us. Please print off the attached form and ensure it is returned to us along with your item. If this information is not included with the returned item, we will be unable to process a refund. Please be aware that we are unable to refund shipping costs and you shall be refunded only the subtotal; providing your item is still in new condition, has not been used and is still in its original packaging. Higher value orders may be subject to a processing, handling and repackaging fee of 25%. If this applies to your order, you would have been informed. All items are thoroughly inspected upon return, and if it is judged the item is not in original condition, is dirty or has been used, a restocking fee up to 40% may be applied. Please return within 14 business days from the date of the return request. If the return is not received within 14 business days then a refund will not be processed but a credit note will be issued. I wish I’d seen these reviews before purchasing. My son purchased on Christmas Day, turns out his granny had got him what he ordered, so cancelled within half hour, response saying order already processed (on Christmas Day!!) first lie. Same as others, every response contradicts the previous, I bought goal posts and ironically they move them every time they get in touch. Post office confirmed delivery, they say I need proof, even though they don’t stipulate this in Ts & Cs. My son has lost his Christmas money and is very upset. I’ve now asked for complaints procedures 3 times! Unfortunately I can’t go to payment source as my son used his Xmas vouchers. Bad, bad, bad
