“I have tried every which way to contact this company about a screwed up order (phone, email, website contact info, ...) with no response received from either method. I ordered two nets that were supposed to be 7 ft by 16 ft. Instead, they were each 3 ft. by 16 ft. My order was back on October 2020 and I didn't receive the order until mid January of 2021. I finally got the chance to look at them since the weather has gotten better and found that they were not the lengths I had ordered. So far, no response after 2 weeks of trying. I will update this post if by chance I hear back.”

“This company is non-responsive and like to mislead the customer. Free Shipping? Nope.. They are not up front with the fact they are located overseas, even though they have a .ca web address, which resulted in exorbitant duties and taxes being charged to me. They offered no help and I ended up paying for nothing after FedEx destroyed my package. STAY AWAY.”

“AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Absolute joke of a company. I ordered an item from them on 24 February and paid 9.99 for delivery.......it has still not arrived. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They are infuriating to try to contact to see where your order is, their phone lines are not operating and their "live" chat online shambolic. I have been waiting over an hour for a response and have been 2nd in the queue for 25 minutes with an approximate waiting time of 2 minutes. I am patient and am prepared to give companies the benefit of the doubt during the pandemic but this company is just having a laugh! I will never buy anything from Net World Sports again.”

“Ordered a 30kg bar sent me confirmation email then said I would get a email when dispatched .. payed 14 pound for 1 day delivery .. that was a week ago can’t get intouch with them either 150.00 pound down the drain .”

“If this company thinks I will let hundreds of pounds go without a product they have another thing coming. Companies house shows all the directors and the charges of the properties they own so I will make a nuisense and stop others being conned out of money because you have not just stolen my money you have totally upset a little boy who was expecting a birthday gift. Absolutley discussing I wished I had read the reviews before I parted with my money. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY”

“This is the WORST company to do business with. They will NOT return emails or phone calls. They said to contact them with in 15 minutes to make a cancellation but its been days and they will not return my call or email. I disputed with my bank and they were SURE to respond to my bank.. but not me. They are CROOKS and shop elsewhere!”

“I've bought VICI City Commuter electric scooter. The delivery was meant to be within 5 days. I was waiting for 5 weeks. I've contacted them by the phone, which took me 2 hrs of listening to Beethoven which made my head become sore. Then they've sent mé the tracking, which means my order wasn't sent for 5 weeks! When finally got the item, after a few weeks back light stopped working, a other week or two later the rear wheel fender has broken. They said it's a good quality, I am laughing now when I am readings the lies they wrote on the product description. Very bad plastic, soon after I got my order I wasn't even able to carry the scooter on the stairs as the fender started to break. I would never order from that "shop" again. They suppose to finish the business. I had to fix the brake because it was crooked and squealed when braking. The screws with which the fender was screwed and the brakes also came out after the first attempt at repair”

“Spent £1200 on a dumbbell set, it has never shown up and all emails ignored It has to be a sham company. Luckily I purchased through my credit card so will have to make a claim.”

“Hopeless. Still waiting after 6 weeks of chasing for a refund having spent a further £15 posting the item back. No responses to emails and impossible to get through on the phone. Avoid!”

“Wish I had looked at the reviews first, £300 down, email saying item will be delivered, no item, no tracking number, no reply to emails, phone number is automated response saying they not answering enquiries via phone but to visit website and email an enquiry. Complete scam.”

“I've placed the order for £300. Had to wait 3-9 working days, nothing. I've sent an email, no answer. On The web it was said that it'll be there no later than 5th Jan. 2020. Still nothing. Live chat no working at all. I would never buy here again. I am going to go to the police with it. When I phoned them to ask where is my order, I was 18th in the queue, there was no point to wait to talk to them. Especially when I got more interested about that "shop" and read feedbacks. DO NOT ORDER THERE, YOUR ORDER WILL NEVER ARRIVE, NO CONTACT, NO MONEY BACK. IT'S ALL JUST A BIG LIE. I was waiting for a month for my order. No info about my order, no tracking (at least I didnt got any tracking no.) would never order here again.”

“Bought a hot tub that quit working after 3 months but still within warranty, 3 months later still waiting on customer service to get back to me to send a new one, can't call! Don't buy from this company. I would be happy to change this rating if customer service gets back to me with my replacement!”

“Utter scammer! Beware-- you will lose all that you pay, and receive nothing for at least 12 months so far--the sad part is it appears to have a number of one-time purchasers around the world that keep it probably quite flush.”

“I ordered a basketball backstop in June. It is now October 30th and it still hasn't arrived!! The rim and net did, leading me to believe the backstop was still coming. Where is my order networked sports???”
