I ordered a basketball backstop in June. It is now October 30th and it still hasn't arrived!! The rim and net did, leading me to believe the backstop was still coming. Where is my order networked sports???

I am still waiting for resolution to a product purchased 10 months ago for a christmas present for a 9 year old. The 9 year old still has no christmas present, I haven't recieved a refund, and this company is impossible to get hold of. Their website actual says, please don't call. There is no stronger words I can use than, order at own risk - this is the very worst company I have ever dealt with. Ever. They once did get in contact with me to ask if I could remove a review if they gave me products for free. I advised I just wanted a refund for my original purchase that was faulty. No, sorry, we can't do that, we'll have sales call you to take a payment for the more expensive product option. We'll charge you a restocking fee of the original faulty product that you can't use, charge full price on the replacement product, and you'll have to accept the 2 delivery fees - one for the faulty product (PVC soccer goals that broke on first use) and one for the new, more expensive goals. Can't get in contact with anyone to express my dissatisfaction with this, or to find a resolution. I am down over $500 so far, and no product in my hands at all - as the broken/faulty product was returned 4 months ago. DO NOT BUY FROM NETWORLD SPORTS. THERE IS NO OPTION TO RESOLVE ANY AFTER SALES ISSUES. Networld's website messaging that has been in place since the beginning of covid. No change however to the ability to buy or order, just a removal of customer service: For all Customer Service enquiries – please use the form below. Please do not call us, we will be unable to take any calls at the present time, due to huge demand we are asking for all customer enquiries to come via email. We would advise customers please to only email us once, we will get back to you as soon as we can. We are working around the clock to get your orders to you. Delivery was a week late. Paid for guaranteed delivery which didn’t happen. Don’t answer the phone Don’t reply to emails

Would assume a website ending in .ca is a company located in Canada thus no duties. I was surprised to have it shipped from England and had to pay duties. Guess I'm stuck with the extra $20 surprise. On a positive, will say shipping was quick.

Great Garbo sports. The moment you look at their website it starts with a lie. This is that they have a telephone number, they don't ,the phones are all switched off. During the chaos of my order they actually rang me and my phone recorded a missed call. Guess what The missed call didn't record their number so you can't ring back. They want to be left alone. Do not order from this company, they want to be left alone.

I ordered a hot tub in early August and it was supposed to arrive within a couple of weeks. Heard absolutely nothing, tried phoning them and their call centre was closed due to Covid, I then emailed them but never heard a thing. I launched a dispute with Paypal, and fortunately got my money back as they couldn't even be bothered to reply to PayPal.

Placed £200 order mid June. Items are still showing in stock on website. No delivery, no phone line, no refund so far.

Order taken with express delivery charge , they did not even have item in stock. Took months to get refund , they have NO manned phone and will ignore emails. do not use this company.

Avoid at all costs. Stole £400 of my money and never heard from them again. Have reported to trading standards and had to claim money back from Credit card company. All phone lines are down, and emails are ignored. Yet you can still apparently order online for next day delivery!!! Disgusting.

I ordered from this company in July and the only thing they have been efficient about was taking my money. It is now September and they have not responded to emails or delivered the goods. Do not buy from them!

Don’t order from this company. I ordered a hot tub in June and the website said it would be dispatched 29th July. This came and went. I contacted them several times by email because their phone had a message saying they weren't taking calls. After several weeks I got lame excuses about delays but their website now said the hot tubs were available. I tried to contact them to cancel my order but got no response.....because the only way to contact them was by email!!! I eventually received my order on 4th Sept but it is smaller than the one I ordered. I’ve contacted them and again have heard nothing! I’m not holding my breath that they will provide any after service care! Just don’t order from them. You can’t even leave feedback on their site.....that speaks volumes!

Don’t trust them. I ordered a top of the line soccer goal and the goal was partially delivered. The packages I received were torn apart and missing most items and other pieces remain undelivered. I’ve been trying to get help for over a month and they just keep ignoring me.

I purchased a trampoline back in June knowing that it would be shipped on Aug.8. Well Aug. 8 came and went without them sending a tracking number or contacting me. I tried to call after Aug. 18, but their message said they weren't taking calls and to send an email. I did that and got automated reply that said they would get in touch with me within 10 days. No contact until I opened a PayPal dispute. When they did contact me, they said the shipping date wouldnct be until Aug. 28 but they were unable to refund my money at this time. Also told me that they would be willing to work with me IF I closed the PayPal dispute. They never responded after I said I wouldn't close the dispute until I was fully refunded. They never responded to PayPal. Paypal found in my favor. I will never buy from this company again.

This is the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. They take your money and you never get your product. They don't answer the phone nor do they answer emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES. YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR ORDER! A SCAM COMPANY. WELSH THIEVES!

Waited much longer than advertised for goods to be delivered. Goods eventually arrived without instructions but despite sending emails have had no response after 14 days. Queried a report regarding a possible safety issue and had no response after 11 days. Goods now developed a fault after just 15 minutes use but cannot find any other way of contacting other than via email which they do not respond to. To say that 'queries Resolved in Under an Hour is a joke. They're not even resolved after 14 DAYS.

Terrible company. Sold me golf cage on July 15 - paid $98 for 1-3 day shipping. ten days later half of the stuff arrives. They promise to send the missing pieces two weeks later. They never arrived. They didn't respond to further inquiries. Six weeks later, I am out of $520 without recourse.

Ordered a hot tub in beginning of July took money straight away promised 5-9 day delivery even had a phone call from them saying it was waiting delivery and that they had changed to 48 hr delivery still no hot tub I may have to take a trip to Wrexham and charge them for my out of pocket costs

Do Not buy anything from this company. They take your money, give you a date and don’t deliver anything. I paid over £500 for a cosy spa. They do not respond to e mails. I had to get my money back from PayPal. They gave also gave them 10 days to respond and they didn’t. This company needs closing down if it hasn’t gone bust already. Scammers!
