“Ordered In mid April never got my order I got a net for a trampoline”

“I ordered a soccer net and ball but needed to return...sent first email on the 29th July asking for return address and details. Received a reply 5th Aug saying that they would send me a different email with all necessary information on how to return. WHY I have no idea as they had replied why not put in the email. Anyway that email did not arrive, I then emailed on the 10th Aug advising that this second email with return details has not yet been received. STILL WAITING.........”

“Really terrible customer service. Similar experience to what many other reviews have said. I ordered a set of small soccer goals from them even though they were more expensive than comparable products from other companies specifically because they were advertising a 1-3 day delivery time (after I submitted my delivery zip code in Colorado). I really wanted the goals for a specific event for my kids later that week. I paid an additional expedited shipping fee of $26.99 for the 1-3 day shipping . The order wasn't shipped out of the UK until 3 days after I placed the order and I received the order 3 days after that (6 days after I placed the order). I tried calling them to arrange a return or at the very least request that they refund me for the expedited shipping charge. You only get a voicemail when you call them stating that they're unable to receive phone calls due to Covid (really?) and to submit your request via their website. I submitted a request on their website and received an automated reply stating that they currently have a 7-10 day response time, and to please not send any additional requests. That was on July 21st (today is August 19th) and I've still yet to receive any response from anyone at New World Sports (though I've been blasted with all of their marketing emails since then). Not a good company. I would never buy anything from Net World Sports ever again.”

“Like the people below, ordered a hot tub in June, money taken from my account instantly. Still no hot tub, despite being given a delivery date of 12/8/2020. They do not answer phones or emails. Total scam. Hoepfully, I haven't lost my money and someone will investigate them”

“ordered a hot tub beginning july like the customer below 17th august today still waiting. don't answer phone calls they say it takes 3 to 9 days to reply to emails I love to know wat I t they use . Funny thing the money was taken out in less than 24 hours but they never had the product in the warehouse .please please keep your money in your pocket avoid these amatuers”

“Rip off and scam - they lie about shipping. This is criminal activity..fraudulent and should be arrested for their deceit. Look at their accounts and they hold significant funds on reserve and I can only think this is because they take money and do not provide any goods. Please heed this note and those of others. YOU MUST NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are beyond awful. I have lodged with Trading Standards and will pursue them legally with full costs.”

“Don’t use this company they take your money they promise delivery dates and don’t deliver so unless your in the market to wait 12weeks then good luck to you I had to get my money back from my bank lucky I had fraud protection on my card”

“Ordered a hot tub in June and paid for it. It’s 11 Aug and we are still waiting. Phone lines are switched off. Generic emails are sent promising it will be dispatched soon. Still waiting. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. If it’s not here in next few days I am cancelling it and will report them to Trading Standards.”

“BUYER BEWARE – STICK TO A REPUTABLE COMPANY – THIS IS A SCAM My advice – go and buy from a reputable company as these cowboys are nothing short of a complete scam. They will take your money in an instant and then will never have any intention of delivering your order. DO NOT take any notice of the product delivery times on their website – IT’S COMPLETE B0LL0X. If you want a more realistic timescale then add a good month or 2 to what they say – and keep your FINGERS CROSSED that you may actually receive your order !!! If for some crazy reason you do decide to buy from them, then you must have a sadistic liking for being completely ignored and constantly in the dark. Please DO NOT expect any communications from them. DON’T bother ringing as they do not answer. DON’T bother emailing they will not respond. On the topic of refunds (again, if you manage to get one) they will not be in any rush to give you your money back. They take your money in an instant, hang on to it for a month or two, then issue a refund which miraculously take 10 days to be returned to you. My final recommendation is that you would be better off, emotionally and physically, if you left your house, walked into the street and took the money you were going to spend with these clowns, and just POPPED IT DOWN A DRAIN. Please read below for more RAVING reviews from other people that have been CONNED”

“Stay away from this company. Very worst cutomer experiance. I ordered mine in June 2020 month. This is August now still waiting for my product. Sent few times email asking status. Every time same response "order will be dispatched today" but never happened. Finally asked for cancelation and refund, but no response yet. Very disappointed. They are taking advantage with Covid situtation.i didnt know this company is in UK. They have two version of website one for US and one for UK. I wouldn't have ordered i would have known earlier. The US website shows prices in dollar.”

“I ordered a Forza football goal and within a few weeks one of the posts has broken. Emailed their customer services to complain and I still haven’t had a response in a week. The post is very dangerous as I have Childrens and a dog who could be injured by the sharp plastic which is sticking out.”

“Ordered a batting cage that was supposed to ship within days of the order. Received confirmation email but no shipping update/email. They aren’t taking calls and still haven’t responded to my email seeking info. Don’t waste your time or money. My 4 boys that chipped in on a batting cage are VERY disappointed. POOR SERVICE”

“No show on product ordered 24 May, for delivery 22nd June. No communication, and no response to enquiry made 10 days ago, despite website clearly stating item has been in stock since 26th June and available for delivery. (Now 6th July) Upset daughter still waiting for her birthday present. Wish I'd read the reviews earlier.”

“Received what appears to be a used basketball net today. Cracked and scratched, pieces missing and the box was cut opened and taped shut. Lodged my complaint using their online system (overwhelmed with complaints and not answering their telephone anymore) but given what I am reading here I’m gonna have to get my credit card company involved.”
