I wish I’d seen these reviews before purchasing. My son purchased on Christmas Day, turns out his granny had got him what he ordered, so cancelled within half hour, response saying order already processed (on Christmas Day!!) first lie. Same as others, every response contradicts the previous, I bought goal posts and ironically they move them every time they get in touch. Post office confirmed delivery, they say I need proof, even though they don’t stipulate this in Ts & Cs. My son has lost his Christmas money and is very upset. I’ve now asked for complaints procedures 3 times! Unfortunately I can’t go to payment source as my son used his Xmas vouchers. Bad, bad, bad
