I placed an order and neglected to add the coupon code. So I sent an email, hoping for the best because merchants never answer their emails….. But to my surprise they emailed me promptly and confirmed I had qualified for the discount and they would process the refund!!
They sent the shipment right away. I was unsure of how many boxes I should’ve received. So, i emailed them a second time.
Again they promptly responded with the information I needed.
