I ordered something in the incorrect size and the customer service I received from the customer care advisors (Megan, Samantha and Alex) was second to none. Concern was dealt with quickly and I was kept updated at every stage. Ideally there won't be a concern but it's pleasing and reassuring to know that if an issue arises its dealt with very professionally. Thank you
