Slight issue with the ice tub that I purchased, Ellie from customer service dealt with my issue, she was super quick to respond, extremely helpful and resolved the issue by sending out a spare part the same day, I really couldn't of been happier with the service, will highly recommend this company to others and will certainly be a returning customer!!
