I purchased a 16 x 7' soccer net in October as a birthday gift for my son. Because we live in a colder climate and the net is quite large, we waited until the weather improved to set it up. Unfortunately, when we opened the box, we discovered that several pieces were missing, including key components needed for assembly. I understand that companies have policies around timelines for reporting missing parts, but I was disappointed by the complete lack of discretion or flexibility in handling my situation. This was an expensive item, and it’s not reasonable to expect that everyone will open and inspect something like this immediately — especially when it's clearly intended for outdoor use. Being told I would have to pay for parts that were never included in the box is incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend purchasing from this company, and I won’t be buying anything from them again.
