If you ring netflix customer service an idiom is apparently trained to talk over you until you hang up. If you use their chat another idiot is trained to make you repeat yourself until you give up. Good call netflix, I'll gladly support any or all of your competitors. Amazon, rot instance has outstanding customer service. I'll never use netflix again and will throw a party when they go down the plughole.
