VERY POOR COSTUMER CARE.
My account was hacked, all my details changed. Manage to restore my account but now Ntflix force me to pay for a more expensive plan I do not want to, I did not ask for, arguing that my plan is not longer available, but also confirming that if my account wasn't hacked then definetly I could have been able to keep my plan.
Not my fault if the platform is not secured enough.
They suggest as solution: close my account.
