On 2 occasions now I have sent a bouquet as a bundle (with fudge and chocolates). Flowers are delivered on time but never the extras. I have sent emails. No response! Left messages. No response! Really disappointing considering how many times I have used them. Cleary Netflorist is not interested in retaining loyal customers.
