“I had a terrible experience with NetFlorist, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. I placed an order for customized chocolates gift for a special occasion, expecting them to be delivered on time and in good condition. Unfortunately, neither expectation was met.
Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I received vague and unhelpful responses. When the items finally arrived, it looked nothing like the pictures on the website. The gift was also poorly packaged, and it was clear that no care was taken in its presentation.
This experience was deeply disappointing, especially considering the premium price I paid. I will not be using NetFlorist again, and I cannot recommend their service to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality flower/gift delivery.”
“I called on 15.8.24 to have 2 hampers sent to a patient, he's now been discharged. Needless to say as a buyer, neither were delivered and I now have to make a plan. Each time you call its a different person and will help x 3 people I spoke to and still a mishap. First I was angry and then I was embarrassed because I must now make a plan and let my customer down, this is not how I operate! On line is pathetic service and will never use you again, there is NO personal service. The hampers were nit delivered, your company did not get back to me and there was nothing to damage. What went wrong, you tell me.”
“They talk the talk but don’t walk the walk. They can’t do the basics right and that is to drliver on time!!!! Extremely dissapointed with PATHETIC service. Can’t trust the delivery date you choose when placing the order because all 3 packages and I send arrived daaaaays later. It is a constant battle of checking up where your parcel is, phoning them, emailing them just to suddenly be told that the adress is wrong which is a lie cause they have deliverd at the exact same adress before!! And forget to “spoil mom and dad” because their couriers do not deliver over weekends while mothers and fathers day are on Sundays!

They delivered something completely different from what I had ordered, the price wasn’t even the same so it wasn't a substitution. “I ordered a birthday bouquet for a loved one and chose a Lilly bouquet as the image was off a fully bloomed arrangement. The delivery was a shocking disappointment of green stems with buds and a sprinkling of baby breath. Suffice to say I was embarrassed for having had this delivered as a token of love and celebration. Netflorist customer care was more disappointing than the delivery itself. A delayed response, refusal to exchange the arrangements, a taxable amount for a return and no compassion for the disheartening situation. The delay in response also meant I could not source a bouquet from a more reliable florist in time to send to my loved one. DO NOT USE NETFLORIST!!!”

What I ordered vs what was delivered was disgusting, I mailed a complaint with no response, I phoned and was put on hold for most of the 30 minute call. I paid R1800.00 plus delivery for someone worth maybe 100.00 they are a total rip-off, now I must wait for a refund that will probably take weeks, their collection procedure is a total joke.”
“The worst place to order from, I ordered a Valentine's day gift to be delivered four days ahead which was the 10th of February, on Wednesday the 14th of February when the order should have taken place they had dispatched it to the wrong city, supposedly to be Gauteng it ended in PE, they apologized and confirmed it will definitely be delivered the 15th of February, and up to date the 16th of February 8pm it still have not been delivered. It’s a waste of money for poor service they promise to fix the problem but nothing gets done!! Disappointing and disgusted with them and will never recommend them to help you to make someone feel special by delivering a gift because they will never receive it!!!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS”

Placed and paid for an order on Sunday the 11th of Feb. R839.85. To be delivered Valentine's day. First they send him a message on the 13th telling him a parcel will be delivered, so surprise spoiled. Then they deliver on the 14th someone else's about R200 order. After 3 phone calls, emails and promises to fix the order and deliver the correct order I have yet to get a response from them. Thanks to them they spoiled a new couple's first Valentine's day together. And the other couple's as well as we are sitting with their order. I heard so many stories to stay away from Netflorist but thought let me give them a chance. Absolutely shocking that they do not care about their customers but only about their money they make. Also, it takes 6 minutes to get through to them due to the high volume of calls being received, undoubtedly all complaints from clients. I want my full refund back as you still cannot deliver a simple order.”
“I ordered a birthday combo from Net Florist in PMB and they only delivered the flowers. It was for my moms birthday so i made a point of adding a happy birthday balloon. They did not delivered the combo - and when i called they said they would only give me a credit of R100 ( Let me add cost of balloons on their website is between R150 and R160) They then proceeded to tell me that the credit would only reflect at the end of today and i could only get the balloon if i added an extra R60.00 and that delivery could only take place the following day (Its Friday) I did not get one apology from them - i really expected more and am highly disappointed with their customer service.”
“They did not deliver the birthday gift to the person while the sun was still up. They personally promised it would be delivered by midday. I clearly told them the the recipient will leave her workplace at noon. The recipient waited and stayed at her workplace till 18.35 then left.
I wanted to make this persons day special to brighten her special day. Not when the day is nearly over.
If the birthday msg reads "Happy Birthday " then you should THINK Netflorist. Use your own discretion and inform the customer if it can not be done before the sun sets.”
“I've tried placing an order for the "In Loving Memory" bauble since the beginning of November.
I was unable to place the order because their website kept giving an error pop-up message when adding the item to cart. The personalized bauble was meant to be added to our Christmas tree since I lost my grandma this year and it will be our first Christmas without her. I notified the team via their chatbot and spoke to multiple agents over a 3 week period of which none of them bothered to communicate this error to their tech team. Each time I reached out on chat a different agent would offer to assist me and place the order on my behalf. To-date nothing has happened. I then called and requested to speak to the manager. I spoke to the Supervisor of which to-date he hasn't bothered to resolve the issue. Instead asking me to place an order for an alternative despite telling me that the supplier had stock and he's waiting on the tech team to fix the site. It's been almost 2 weeks later and no success with the supervisor either. Overall an entire month with no luck! Why do I need to place an order for an item that is in stock. Today he tells me the item is out of stock again. The service has been nothing but disappointing and shocking. How this business is still operating I don't know. It's almost Christmas and no bauble.”
