“I wish I could give a minus rating!!
I ordered a Personalized Clock on 22 September 2022 to be delivered to my friend for her birthday on 24 September 2022 in Kuils River. Everything was confirmed with a Receipt via email, but never arrived. No progress was shown on the tracking either. Monday morning my friend received a message asking if she was happy with her delivery on Saturday and luckily she informed me. I followed up via a phone call and was told "sorry, this item is out of stock and we can't tell when new stock will arrive". There was NO communication from their side at all. This is totally unacceptable!! Needless to say, I asked for a refund. This was the first time I ordered something from Netflorist, but also the last time. No apology whatsoever!!”
“They described the product as gorgeous carnations. The picture was of a bunch of beautiful red carnations. (Note, i am not worried what colour it is.)
What got delivered for the hefty price asked was nowhere near gorgeous or adequate for that matter. One blooming flower and two buds in the process of blooming.
I cannot fault the ease at which I placed the order nor the delivery (though slow) was done as promised on the same day.
However they need to step up their quality control and supply what they claim or at least give something else in its place that is gorgeous not a poor imitation of borderline acceptable...if i close my eyes and use my imagination to avoid the dusappointment.”
“I ordered flowers for my 85 year old Mother on the 29th August 2022 for delivery on the 2nd September 2022. It never arrived at all no did I receive any feed back as to why it was not delivered. Will not use their service again !!!”
“If there would be a selection for minus stars, I would give this company minus 100! Customer Service is non existent, no communication whatsoever. They never answer their phones or respond to emails. I cancelled the order as they never delivered on the date selected and then they wanted to charge me delivery and handling fees!! Disputed this with my credit card and fortunately received the full amount back.
Don’t waste your time dealing with this company, they are a nightmare!!”

Order was placed, funds deducted with no order reflecting on their side. It took them 10 hours to 'resolve' the issue by only partially refunding me. In addition I missed the persons birthday because of Netflorists misrepresentation of their ability to deliver and unpleasant customer service.
When asked to talk to the customer service rep that's handling your query they refuse to take your call, and advise their colleagues to tell me that I must refer to their email sent.”
“Terrible service. Sent a personalized gown to an address in Hermanus and it was delivered and signed for by someone in Pretoria. Netflorist and ram have to now investigate while we are out of pocket and worst of all our friend does not have her birthday gift. This is the 4th time something has gone wrong with orders. NEVER AGAIN!!!”

Payment webpage has crashed on me twice in seperate purchases, making me pay double for a delivery.
Go through their complaints process, email them, phone them…. There is no answer or follow up.

I missed a call for my Valentine’s Day delivery yesterday and called back to arrange that I drive to wherever the delivery guy is to go collect it, and I literally spent half of my day on the phone and still couldn’t get any assistance. The only help I was offered was to have my order delivered the next day. Now it’s the next day, which is Valentine’s Day and I’m told all the drivers are busy and my order will have to wait for another day.
What annoys me more is the fact that they are not even willing to let me come collect the order myself since they are too busy to deliver. What a crappy service!”
“We ordered an arrangement of flowers, from Netflorist. At first we attempted to call them with no success. Eventually we managed to get hold of them, and the agent / employee was extremely unprofessional. He could not assist and dropped the phone whilst we were still talking to him.
We order an arrangement of flowers from the website, paid close to R500.00.
When the flowers were delivered, it was a bunch of flowers and not an arrangement nor anything to the photos that were advertised on their website.
The delivery person shrugged his shoulders, and said well that is what he was given.
The service from Netflorist is absolutely shocking to say the least. They advertise one thing and deliver a completely a different thing.
They overcharge and to put the cherry on the cake they deliver almost dead flowers.
They should be stoped in misrepresenting and misleading the consumers who actually purchase a product of sentimental value.
We will be taking this further”
