Terrible service!!
Order was placed, funds deducted with no order reflecting on their side. It took them 10 hours to 'resolve' the issue by only partially refunding me. In addition I missed the persons birthday because of Netflorists misrepresentation of their ability to deliver and unpleasant customer service.
When asked to talk to the customer service rep that's handling your query they refuse to take your call, and advise their colleagues to tell me that I must refer to their email sent.
