“There is nothing beautiful about this company their products are second rate and their customer service is none existent . I have been waiting 3 weeks now for a refund for R590 for their normal short delivery and it’s looking like I’ve lost my money. Thieves they are and nobody should use them”
“Worst ordering experience in my life! and this coming from someone living in Namibia where service is non-existing. It took me 3 hours of trying to order something online. After which I gave up and contacted my friend in South Africa to do the order for me. She order the exact same thing but somehow paid R117 less than they asked me. Then on 13 February (obviously I ordered something for valentines day), they send a message to the receiver of the gift saying that a "surprise" will be delivered to his place of work tomorrow. knew that, being valentines day, there is a 50% chance they will be too overwhelmed to deliver everything, but now they let the recipient know that something will be arriving and he started looking forward to it. By 4:30 nothing came and I phoned the company to ask what will happen to the gift now that no one will be there to receive it as the office closed at 5. The lady I was talking to did not seem to comprehend what I was saying to her. I tried to tell her to tell the driver to just deliver it the next day, since NO ONE WILL BE THERE TO RECIVE THE PACKAGE. But she just kept saying the driver will deliver it and call the recipient when he is there. By 7:20 that night, while I was talking on Skype to said recipient, my friend send me the email she received saying that the package was delivered and that the recipient singed for it. He phoned his office right away but NO ONE WAS THERE! And of course, when he arrived at his place of work this morning there is no gift to be seen.”

Payment webpage has crashed on me twice in seperate purchases, making me pay double for a delivery.
Go through their complaints process, email them, phone them…. There is no answer or follow up.

“I ordered a birthday combo from Net Florist in PMB and they only delivered the flowers. It was for my moms birthday so i made a point of adding a happy birthday balloon. They did not delivered the combo - and when i called they said they would only give me a credit of R100 ( Let me add cost of balloons on their website is between R150 and R160) They then proceeded to tell me that the credit would only reflect at the end of today and i could only get the balloon if i added an extra R60.00 and that delivery could only take place the following day (Its Friday) I did not get one apology from them - i really expected more and am highly disappointed with their customer service.”

“I live in the UK & ordered some flowers & chocolates for my mom. Netflorist duplicated my order & charged me twice.
Countless emails confirming delivery & that my mom had signed for the gifts. She did not.
She landed up receiving 2 lots of flowers but no chocolates.
I contacted Netflorist via email on 15th February. Besides an automated response I've had no response, no apology, no refund for undelivered goods to this date. So have been charged for goods not delivered!
My mother also contacted them & she got emails back to say the issue had been resolved....which it hadn't.
Absolutely appalling service...AVOID AT ALL COSTS.”
“If there would be a selection for minus stars, I would give this company minus 100! Customer Service is non existent, no communication whatsoever. They never answer their phones or respond to emails. I cancelled the order as they never delivered on the date selected and then they wanted to charge me delivery and handling fees!! Disputed this with my credit card and fortunately received the full amount back.

Order was placed, funds deducted with no order reflecting on their side. It took them 10 hours to 'resolve' the issue by only partially refunding me. In addition I missed the persons birthday because of Netflorists misrepresentation of their ability to deliver and unpleasant customer service.
When asked to talk to the customer service rep that's handling your query they refuse to take your call, and advise their colleagues to tell me that I must refer to their email sent.”
“What a let down !! i ordered a cake for my daughters birthday and they failed to deliver the cake even though it said it was out for delivery .. THEN OFFERED ME 150 RAND TO SAY SORRY ...
