I booked my delivery a week in advance with a request for it to arrive before 12 PM. On the 10th at 7:30 AM, I was informed it was out for delivery, but after multiple follow-ups, I was told—eight hours later—that delivery failed and would be rescheduled for the next day.
The same happened on the 11th, with no clear update until I contacted you again. I was then told deliveries run until 4 PM.
Due to the poor communication and lack of reliability, I will not use your service again or recommend it to others.
