I called on 15.8.24 to have 2 hampers sent to a patient, he's now been discharged. Needless to say as a buyer, neither were delivered and I now have to make a plan. Each time you call its a different person and will help x 3 people I spoke to and still a mishap. First I was angry and then I was embarrassed because I must now make a plan and let my customer down, this is not how I operate! On line is pathetic service and will never use you again, there is NO personal service. The hampers were nit delivered, your company did not get back to me and there was nothing to damage. What went wrong, you tell me.
