Actually a zero rating. Very very bad experience on order 108463674. Order delivered to the wrong address despite us providing a redirected address before hand, despite the Netflorist consultant confirming the redirected address, despite the chat confirming delivery to the redirected address, thus all a lie. Never again Netflorist.
