Netflorist messed up an order that I made two weeks ago. The mistake isn't the issue: we're all human, mistakes are made. It's the response that has me appalled. I've been trying to get their attention to fix the error for two weeks, and I haven't gotten a single response beyond auto-replies. The customer assistance isn't bad, it's literally non-existent. I have no faith at this point that I'll ever get a response, let alone fix the error. If I could give negative stars, I would. Unbelievable, I would strongly recommend that people use one of the other SA based gift delivery sites.
