I've tried placing an order for the "In Loving Memory" bauble since the beginning of November. I was unable to place the order because their website kept giving an error pop-up message when adding the item to cart. The personalized bauble was meant to be added to our Christmas tree since I lost my grandma this year and it will be our first Christmas without her. I notified the team via their chatbot and spoke to multiple agents over a 3 week period of which none of them bothered to communicate this error to their tech team. Each time I reached out on chat a different agent would offer to assist me and place the order on my behalf. To-date nothing has happened. I then called and requested to speak to the manager. I spoke to the Supervisor of which to-date he hasn't bothered to resolve the issue. Instead asking me to place an order for an alternative despite telling me that the supplier had stock and he's waiting on the tech team to fix the site. It's been almost 2 weeks later and no success with the supervisor either. Overall an entire month with no luck! Why do I need to place an order for an item that is in stock. Today he tells me the item is out of stock again. The service has been nothing but disappointing and shocking. How this business is still operating I don't know. It's almost Christmas and no bauble.
