They did not deliver the birthday gift to the person while the sun was still up. They personally promised it would be delivered by midday. I clearly told them the the recipient will leave her workplace at noon. The recipient waited and stayed at her workplace till 18.35 then left.
I wanted to make this persons day special to brighten her special day. Not when the day is nearly over.
If the birthday msg reads "Happy Birthday " then you should THINK Netflorist. Use your own discretion and inform the customer if it can not be done before the sun sets.
