Paid for what seemed to be an unlock service which took 4 days to get a code but it didn't work. Response from Netpal is I'd purchased wrong service and if I'd read website properly I'd have seen that but if I paid more they would provide another code. Needless to say I haven't paid more as there is no guarantee another code would work. Gesture of goodwill would have been to provide another code to see if it worked before charging me but a cocky reply came back saying 'we don't know you've purchased the wrong service, what more can we have done'.
