I was dubious at first, but with PayPal protection I knew I was protected.
The process was very easy to follow. It took 4 days to complete and that included the weekend.
I received an email very shortly after a concern and the issue was rectified immediately.
I would use the NetPal again and I would recommend to others.
The cost was also really good. It was less than £20 to unlock my phone.
