Very happy with the service. Was quicker than expected by about 4 days going by the estimated time. Only thing I wasn't too happy about was the price, I thought it could be a bit cheaper rather than £10 more than BT would of charged if I was actually able to get hold of them, other than that I am very happy with the service and will be unlocking another handset quite soon
