Visited to Denver location to have them look at the blade on my new 3” mini chopper since it was crushing and tearing instead of slicing and chopping. Will was very helpful and said it seemed like it left the factory without a final sharpening and quality check. He put a new edge on it right there in the store. The performance is greatly improved but still not what I’d hoped for the price and made in the USA. I really want to like these knives because I love the aesthetic but if they don’t perform in the kitchen I can’t justify the price.
