It probably also helps that I always bring them Trader Joe's treats! ;-) I have my daily carry D2 steel gentleman's knife sharpened. It came as promised, on time and exceptionally sharp. Made in USA, well crafted knives are expensive but if maintained they will last your lifetime.”

“I bought a beautiful limited edition glory folder at the shop in Jackson Hole. The knife’s blade had some marks on it from being dragged across the magnet in the shops display. The manager of the store immediately knocked the price down 10% and offered to send the knife back to the knife maker, have the marks buffed out or, if necessary, the blade replaced. Then the knife was to be sent to me within a couple of weeks.
It was sent to me about two later and looked perfect!
It actually saved me the worry of checking the knife in my luggage on the way home too.

“Visited to Denver location to have them look at the blade on my new 3” mini chopper since it was crushing and tearing instead of slicing and chopping. Will was very helpful and said it seemed like it left the factory without a final sharpening and quality check. He put a new edge on it right there in the store. The performance is greatly improved but still not what I’d hoped for the price and made in the USA. I really want to like these knives because I love the aesthetic but if they don’t perform in the kitchen I can’t justify the price.”
