“The blade lock was repaired properly. Thank you. The blade was resharpened; however, it was very dull. Took it to the local hardware store to get it sharper.”

“The knives are great, unfortunately I haven’t had the same experience with the servicing. I dropped my knives off to be sharpened and requested that they be shipped back to me. After waiting a week and receiving no shipping notification, I called to follow up and was told the knives were still at the store. I told the staff I would just come in and collect them instead. Shortly after the call, I received a shipping notification, which was pretty confusing given what we discussed on the call. When I received the knives, they were sharp but hadn’t been polished or cleaned and appeared kind of dirty. Expected more from a professional service.”

“The free sharpening service from NEW WEST KNIFEWORKS for our steak knives was a premium service. The knives had 7 years of daily use and they came back razor sharp and the stainless was buffed out and look brand new. Thank you, Johnny”

“We had some knives laser etched with a logo as employee gifts. They were a hit with everyone. The fact the gift was practical and useful as well as beautiful was commented on by many. Thanks to Bart for making it happen.”

“Bought original chef knife 10 plus years ago in Jackson from an unknown knife maker. Now 12 knives later, still love them as much as when they were new. I have then resharpened once a year. Really like the G10 handles with no upkeep.”

“Simply the best knives out there. It's like using a fine piece of equipment. Thoughtfully engineered and crafted with a real passion. We have a full set and have started giving them as gifts to those we care about. These are lifelong knives. I have yet to need a shaprpening. Pierce in the St. Helena store couldn't be a better ambassador for your brand. He is professional, knowledgeable and really helpful. Keep it up!”
