“I've been cooking and working with knives for over 50 years and these New West Knives are the best I've ever owned. They are comfortable to use, stay sharpe and the life time sharpening is only a bonus. If you enjoy a good knife, whether in the kitchen or the field, these are the best.”

“The blade lock was repaired properly. Thank you. The blade was resharpened; however, it was very dull. Took it to the local hardware store to get it sharper.”

“The knives are great, unfortunately I haven’t had the same experience with the servicing. I dropped my knives off to be sharpened and requested that they be shipped back to me. After waiting a week and receiving no shipping notification, I called to follow up and was told the knives were still at the store. I told the staff I would just come in and collect them instead. Shortly after the call, I received a shipping notification, which was pretty confusing given what we discussed on the call. When I received the knives, they were sharp but hadn’t been polished or cleaned and appeared kind of dirty. Expected more from a professional service.”

“The free sharpening service from NEW WEST KNIFEWORKS for our steak knives was a premium service. The knives had 7 years of daily use and they came back razor sharp and the stainless was buffed out and look brand new. Thank you, Johnny”
