“Visited to Denver location to have them look at the blade on my new 3” mini chopper since it was crushing and tearing instead of slicing and chopping. Will was very helpful and said it seemed like it left the factory without a final sharpening and quality check. He put a new edge on it right there in the store. The performance is greatly improved but still not what I’d hoped for the price and made in the USA. I really want to like these knives because I love the aesthetic but if they don’t perform in the kitchen I can’t justify the price.”

“I now have 4 of these knives and absolutely love them. Got the first one about 5 years ago. Just had them sharpened for the first time. Easy to send to them and back in less than 10 days. Will always be my go to knives!”

“NWKW knives are awesome. I first purchased a few when visiting Park City several years ago, but then continued to order them when I determined how good the knives are. Now, after owning about 14, I am hooked. One of the best things about the company is the life time sharpening offered with each knife. Awesome and always extremely sharp. Highly recommend NWKW”
