I bought a beautiful limited edition glory folder at the shop in Jackson Hole. The knife’s blade had some marks on it from being dragged across the magnet in the shops display. The manager of the store immediately knocked the price down 10% and offered to send the knife back to the knife maker, have the marks buffed out or, if necessary, the blade replaced. Then the knife was to be sent to me within a couple of weeks. It was sent to me about two later and looked perfect! It actually saved me the worry of checking the knife in my luggage on the way home too. I was very pleased with the service I received.
