Around February 18, 2021 I tried to order a wedding gown for my daughter. I spoke with Jaime. At first I was told they had it in the size/color she wanted & it was the “last one”. I was contacted by her the following morning & told they didn’t actually have the dress that it was an “inventory error”. I suggested they remove it from not only the New York Dress site but also the Dress Warehouse. I went back on both sites last night to see if they had anything else my daughter might like. Low & behold, the original choice was on the site. Since it was after hours, I ordered it. Received an email late this afternoon telling me that the dress was extremely popular and “sold out” while I was placing my order. BS. They didn’t remove it from their site even after they “discovered” they didn’t actually have it in inventory. Should of been removed from both sites immediately. I hate dishonest companies. Don’t do business with them!!! Here is part of the email: Thank you for shopping with us! We’re sorry to say that the item "Zurc for Impressions 3059 Bridal Dress - Ivory / 8" you ordered is exceptionally popular. In fact, it sold out as you were placing your order. We’re SO sorry for the inconvenience!
