“The dress was very heavy and long I paid 😪 extra so in case I have to return and now I won't be able to return or at least to exchange but policies there is no way to talk to no body but is okay to continue offering the dresses to purchase I thought I was dealing with a very reputable company (BE CAREFUL )”

“Very disappointing customer service. The dress I ordered was lost in transit, and instead of showing empathy or offering a sincere apology, the representatives were rude and dismissive. When I contacted them for an update, I felt as though I was being accused of dishonesty despite providing all the requested photos and information. Later, when discussing replacement options, another representative responded sarcastically when I asked about overnight shipping and even laughed while saying I should be grateful if the dress arrived the next day. Losing a package can happen, but treating customers with disrespect is unacceptable. I expected professionalism and courtesy, and unfortunately received neither.”

“The dress was not what I expected it to be. When we tried to return it, we were told that we will only get a credit. Then when we found on line information that this was not accurate and contested it, we were told that there will be significant re-stocking fee. I would not order again from this company.”

“This dress is beautiful and so flattering. The brand runs a little small, but if you check your measurements, they match the sizing exactly. I usually wear an 18–20, but my measurements matched a size 22, and it fit perfectly. The back is adjustable as well, so you could even go one size smaller and still be okay. Overall, I love this website — shipping was super fast. I ordered from Canada and received it in less than 5 days. The packaging was really nice too.”
