“I didn’t know what size to get for my daughter so I called the store in New York. The lady I spoke to was busy but took the time to help me and my daughter’s dress fit perfectly! The shipment arrived when they said it would as well. The dress was new in it’s wrapping and no one else wore it before her like the dress store I went to in ct. thank you”

“Unfortunately there’s did not fit properly and a different size was no longer available. The staff has been helpful in assisting me in returning the dress and to obtain a store credit for future purchases. I am grateful for their patience and their help. Teresa Huber”

“I received both the dresses I ordered in less than a week of purchasing. The only issue I had was the company does not give refunds only store credits. This is the only reason I would not order from them again, as the dresses are expensive and you cannot look anywhere else if a dress doesn't fit. Customer service was wonderful.”

“**Disappointing Experience with Guaranteed Shipping** I am extremely disappointed with my experience with NewYorkDress. I placed my order and paid an additional fee for guaranteed shipping, with a confirmed delivery time of noon on Saturday, as I needed the dresses for a special event that evening. Unfortunately, the dresses were not delivered until Monday, making them completely unusable for the occasion for which they were purchased. I paid for a service that was not fulfilled, and this failure caused significant inconvenience and disappointment. I will be returning all the dresses and expect a full refund of the expedited shipping fee, along with a fair resolution to this matter. I trust NewYorkDress will take accountability for failing to meet its delivery commitment and provide the customer service necessary to restore my confidence in the company.”

“The dress runs very small. I normally wear a size 12, so I ordered my usual size, but unfortunately, it was too tight and did not fit as expected. I was disappointed with the sizing. I recommend ordering a size up and checking the size chart carefully before”

“Very poor customer service after buying the dress! No return option make it really scary to buy from this website, any very complicated procedures for exchange, seems that you try to make difficult for the customer so they give up to exchange their purchases and accept what they get even though they are not satisfied with their purchases!”

“It was such a relief for me to find New York Dress and even better- to find a dress! Anita and James listened to my preferences in style, were patient and supportive. They both reassured me that we would find something for my son's wedding- and not only did we find a dress- but I had options! Shipping was greaet and the dress carefully packaged- so much so that I could have worn it straight out of the shipping package!”
