“The dress was beautiful and affordable. The stylist who assisted my daughter with her prom dresses completely understood the assignment. The location was easy to find for out of town shoppers. We drove from MD to get this dress!! It was well worth the trip. Thank you NYC Dress”

“Ordered a dress and it wasn’t what I received. Although I am going to receive a full refund, I am not able to get the dress I ordered. There isn’t help to assist me in finding a new option, just a sorry. Apology was appreciated, no help trying to find a replacement.”

“The dress is beautiful but there is something wrong in your size You suggest my size is 22 , I bought 20 because my size is 14 US , I should have chosen 16 or 18 it will fit good because Ladivine models runs small”

“I just want to say that initially, since it was my first time buying from an online dress store, I was terrified. But New York Dress is an actual boutique, and I ordered a beautiful red Sherri Hill dress that came in on time (~10 days) and in perfect condition. The dress was carefully packaged, spotless, and legitimate. The quality is pristine, and I received my money's worth. As my advice to new buyers looking at the site, make sure you have about 2-3 weeks time in advance to make sure you can get the desired dress size and color before it's sold out. Also, they respond to emails in about a day's time or less from my experience with them. (If you want to order my dress it's Sherri Hill 57638)”

“I was in a bad space about my daughters prom dress because another site promised me a delivery date that never came and I waited weeks for it. My daughters godmother found that the dress was at NYD and gave them a call. We spoke to someone by the name of Samantha. Samantha promised us the dress would be delivered in a day and she was a woman of her words. I was very nervous because I didn’t receive the email confirmation with shipping information that she promised and I called the next day to follow up. I spoke with another rep and she provided me with the confirmation number and the dress was out for delivery. The relief I felt was so gratifying because the dress was delivered on a Friday and my daughters’ prom was that Saturday. The dress was soooo beautiful, nicely packaged, material was quality, and my daughter was so satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone based on my experience and the quality of the dress.”

“Travel pretty far coming here thinking they would have a lot of dresses for mother of the bride. I was so disappointed. On their website they have so many dresses and in the store that was really nothing for me except for prom wear the dresses I saw online I was able to purchase, but couldn’t try them on very deceiving and disappointing after making an appointment and this trip.”
