“It came faster than expected and was well taken care of upon arrival. Shipped and packaged professionally! I got a 20w and it fits perfectly but if you have bigger boobs , may consider alterations on the cup but other than that. I love the dress, the color, the material and the style!”

“I ordered a dress and the color was way off from what was online. Yes, the dress was on sale…I did miss the statement that said you could not return a dress if on sale or not even get credit. I will own that I missed that…I will recommend you change that. People are ordering online sometimes yes it might not work and you will need to return it. I just don’t understand at the very least at least give credit to buy something else. I guess you knew that dress was WAY off the color you say it is…you knew it will be returned. Not happy with this company. I will not recommend or order again.”

“I absolutely love my dress!! It arrived quickly, it was easy to order, it was perfect. The only thing missing to have five stars is that the glitter does fall on my dress, not to the point where my dress is patchy but there was glitter EVERYWHERE. But other than that, it is a sturdy, stunning dress.”

“The dress was pretty and the fabric was nice, but it ran smaller than their size chart indicated. The return/exchange process wasn’t worth it due to the extra mailing fee, which was not worth it.”

“One star from me. The dress I ordered did not fit well. And they have the most ridiculous return policy and process. Unfortunately, I cannot get a refund and have to use store credit if my return is approved so unfortunately I'll probably have to use them again but otherwise I would definitely NOT buy from them again.”

“I ordered a couple dresses an returned them as company requests with tags on, pictures of the dresses front and back , tracking number, pictures of the packaging sent by UPS and within the time frame. I returned them because they did not fit and were not functional for my event. It’s a shame that you only give customers 6 months store credit on returns and once you get that store credit you can’t return if the new purchase does not fit. Beautiful dresses but you make it very difficult to return. That’s why the three stars.”

We do require items to be returned with tags and within the applicable terms, and we offer exchanges or store credit accordingly. We do only allow returns within 7 days of the delivery not 6 months. “This dress is BEAUTIFUL! The beadwork, seams, and overall fit are stunning. My daughter’s measurements called for a size 2 and it fits true to size-no alterations needed! Shipping was less than a week from date ordered. I highly recommend.”

“Well right now I’m not happy with the quality of the dress the straps were seen on backwards and I’m currently waiting to hear back from someone (just sent dress back) on whether or not you will send a new one which, in my opinion is the only option!”

“I purchased this gown that I thought would look great on me. To my surprise it looked TERRIBLE. It was too tight and too loose but in the wrong places. I’m 5’1”, 108 pounds and ordered a small. Since I can’t return it I’ll donate it.”

“The dress is lovely, looks just like the picture and came with little clear straps. I ordered it on the 7th and it got here on the 10th (I’m in Cali) only issues are that it’s very itchy, there’s a lot of room in the chest but if I sized down the butt would be tight, I’m a D cup. And the little top parts hurt but I have a solution for that, I wish they either did custom sizes or a lace up back instead of a zipper. I’m 5’2 and it’s a little long which makes sense but if you’re 6’ or taller I think it would be short. The boning was flattering on my hips the way it was shaped.”
