“We placed an order from you twice. Unfortunately, the first time the size was smaller than requested, and it was difficult to return it while waiting for the correct size. The second time, the order arrived incomplete, and when I contacted you, I was informed that the missing item was unavailable and that a refund would be issued. This put me in a difficult situation right before the occasion, and I had to search for another dress.”

“The color of the dress was beautiful, but the fit was not as expected. The strap of the dress had an issue and it kept fall off my shoulders all night at the event i was disapponted”

“Dress was as it was listed on the site, absolutely beautiful. I only give 3 stars because of the packaging. When you spend $400 on a dress you would at least expect it in some sort of garment bag and secured in the package. It came on a plastic hanger with what looked like a trash bag over it, and because the dress was all beaded and very heavy it was all smashed at the bottom of the box. Not exactly what I was expecting when I opened the box but thank goodness the dress wasn’t damaged to the point I couldn’t fix (a few stones fell out of the beading)”
