“First there’ was molded cups big size and it was not mentioned in desc that it had molded cup Also waist was just fit but the material and the design is magnificent”

“I do not like your return policy of store credit or exchange. Some of the dresses cost a lot of money and should be returned by form of payment. I will definitely hesitate by purchasing from your company again, as I now have a store credit and need to find something to buy.”

“The dress is beautiful but there is something wrong in your size You suggest my size is 22 , I bought 20 because my size is 14 US , I should have chosen 16 or 18 it will fit good because Ladivine models runs small”

“I sent an email to the person that assisted with the dresses and she never responded. I think her name is Eden. I ended up ordering a dress online, the dress is beautiful but the top part of the dress has this tan padding that's glued to the heading. It makes the dress look tacky. I can't remove it, so I will have to try and dye it to a black color.”

“The dress was pretty and the fabric was nice, but it ran smaller than their size chart indicated. The return/exchange process wasn’t worth it due to the extra mailing fee, which was not worth it.”

“I ordered a couple dresses an returned them as company requests with tags on, pictures of the dresses front and back , tracking number, pictures of the packaging sent by UPS and within the time frame. I returned them because they did not fit and were not functional for my event. It’s a shame that you only give customers 6 months store credit on returns and once you get that store credit you can’t return if the new purchase does not fit. Beautiful dresses but you make it very difficult to return. That’s why the three stars.”

We do require items to be returned with tags and within the applicable terms, and we offer exchanges or store credit accordingly. We do only allow returns within 7 days of the delivery not 6 months. “I purchased this gown that I thought would look great on me. To my surprise it looked TERRIBLE. It was too tight and too loose but in the wrong places. I’m 5’1”, 108 pounds and ordered a small. Since I can’t return it I’ll donate it.”

“We placed an order from you twice. Unfortunately, the first time the size was smaller than requested, and it was difficult to return it while waiting for the correct size. The second time, the order arrived incomplete, and when I contacted you, I was informed that the missing item was unavailable and that a refund would be issued. This put me in a difficult situation right before the occasion, and I had to search for another dress.”

“Dress was as it was listed on the site, absolutely beautiful. I only give 3 stars because of the packaging. When you spend $400 on a dress you would at least expect it in some sort of garment bag and secured in the package. It came on a plastic hanger with what looked like a trash bag over it, and because the dress was all beaded and very heavy it was all smashed at the bottom of the box. Not exactly what I was expecting when I opened the box but thank goodness the dress wasn’t damaged to the point I couldn’t fix (a few stones fell out of the beading)”
