“We really love the experience of shopping for a prom dress at New York Dress. Anita was an excellent stylist and helped my daughter with finding styles that fit what she described. Well we did not find the dress in a showroom all the help we got helped my daughter narrow down the exact style she wanted and we were able to purchase that from New York Dress online. Very happy and rhe dress is perfect. My one suggestion is to ask for ideas of dress styles up front in an email so that it wouldn't take so much of the appointment time up and pulling dresses and they would be more time to try on more styles.”

“Hello, I have contacted you that sent me the wrong color, even on the order the color was sienna in the picture. But you sent me rose mauve. No one ever got back to me about it.”

“I had such high hopes for NY dress from others who have shopped here who had great experiences but was so disappointed with the appointment. The first person who was trying to help with the dresses was not really understanding what my daughter was looking for with her prom dress even after showing her pictures of what we were looking for. I had screen shots of dresses from their website and was told that they don’t carry Faviana dresses. I continued to show the sale person dresses to which she said they don’t have. I explained that my daughter wanted something simple no beading or shimmer and she then handed me an iPad and told me to look. I was confused bc I was looking at the same dresses I had showed her that we liked and she said they don’t have. The sales person proceeded to say that they didn’t have what she was looking for. The salesperson was extremely nice and was trying but I was very confused and asked to speak to the manager. This was 30 minutes into the appointment and my daughter had not tried on 1 dress. Other girls were on their 4 or 5th try on. The manger came and was lovely , she pulled a few dresses and my daughter tried on 2 but they were not what she wanted. The manager also stated they didn’t have what she wanted. She really just wanted a simple clean dress. We left very sad and confused about the appointment. I guess my best recommendation is that what they post online may not be what they have in store.”

“This is my second year purchasing from NYD for my annual gala. Both year, the dress look absolutely fabulous. The customer service is 10 out of 10. I would definitely recommend NYD to my friends and family. I loveeeeee NYD.”
