“The dress is perfect very beautiful, also there is many good options and price range on the page. It arrived in great condition the first time, but I had to make an exchange and didn't receive the garment bag back, which was very disappointing. Also, on the second delivery the dress came without a hanger and was very messy compared to the first delivery. Not a big issue but an observation for future shipments I would like to see more reviews and comments on the sizing on the page for it to be easier to shop, Also the delivery time took longer than expected. Returning label price is high compared to other online stores The support team was very helpful and pacient willing to solve problems. Thank you! It is definitely an excellent option to buy, but several factors must be considered when doing so.”

“I wanted to thank your staff they were very efficient. I needed a dress for my daughter’s wedding with very short notice. I had previously ordered a dress months before in my home town and still didn’t have possession of it. I wasn’t really happy with it in the first place. I picked out a dress from your store and had it within 3 business days. Thank you so much! I loved the dress and felt like a princess!”

“The dress is absolutely beautiful! I give it (4) stars. a few of the flowers decorations were falling off. Repairs should had taken place before shipping. The Zipper gets stuck at the back waist portion of the velvet. It's still beautiful and just what I was looking for. Thank you, Maritza Roddy”

“I paid for expedited shipping but no where did it say I would have to sign for the package when checking that option. I missed my delivery that I needed today due to being at the doctor. UPS said that the place I ordered from would have to initiate a re-delivery for the same day. I called New York Dress customer service and spoke to a woman that said she would call the designer since it was shipped from them. I asked if she wanted me to stay on the phone because I absolutely needed the dress today and she said no, she would call me back. She didn’t call back. I’m disappointed in the customer service, especially when I paid extra to ensure I would have the dress today. A disclaimer should be added when selecting express delivery options that a signature will be required so people can make arrangements to be home. Also, if a customer service rep says they will call back, when you explained how important this was, they should call back.”

“The worse experience ever, the dresses run to small, i paid 45 dollars to send them back for exchange,the message requesting for me to send more money to get them back dresses back went to my spam for some reason and they decided not to e change my dresses and keep them, so i ended up paying almost 300 dollars no dresses no money,I’m so mad”

“Amazing good quality dress for very affordable price. Only issue was sizing chart was off. Had to return for a different size but staff support was amazing with exchange process and all worked out well. Numerous compliments at the wedding. Will buy again for next event.”

“El vestido es hermoso, la tallas son confusas usualmente soy L y este vestido viene por números pedí una talla 16 pero era demasiado grande ya no había tiempo de regresarlo a si que tuve que llevarlo a la costurera, gasté el doble , era la boda de mi hija a si que el reloj corría en mi contra.con respecto al envío tienes que pagar si lo quieres regresar y no te devuelven el dinero por qué ordené dos vestidos , y solamente me acreditaron una gif card. Les diré que al final del día recibí muchos cumplidos, una excelente calidad en cuanto a la tela . Si de algo te sirve mi comentario si eres una talla L pide una 14”
