“Hi Jamie, I wanted to take a moment to share how incredibly impressed I was with the service I received today from Nina at New York Dress. We have not even found the dress, nor have I tried it on and this is how impressive your associate was during our search…. I called while searching for a specific Mac Duggal dress for a very special occasion—my daughter, Caroline’s surprise proposal celebration—and admittedly, I was feeling a bit stressed because finding the right dress feels very important to me for such a meaningful day. Nina spent a significant amount of time on the phone with me and was beyond patient, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She truly listened to what I was looking for, understood the style and feel I was hoping for, and made me feel completely heard. She even went above and beyond by offering to contact Mac Duggal directly to see if she can locate the original dress I’ve been searching for, along with a few backup options. In a world where customer service can often feel transactional, Nina made this experience feel personal. She was thoughtful, engaged, and genuinely invested in helping me find the perfect dress for such a memorable moment in my daughter, Caroline’s life. I just wanted to make sure her exceptional service was recognized. Employees like Nina make a lasting impression, and I’m incredibly grateful for her help today. “I was on a short timeline. I realized I should have selected overnight shipping when I made the purchase. I reached out and received a quick response that said I could upgrade my shipping. As soon as the store received the dress, it was shipped. Great customer service, great communication, and the dress is absolutely stunning!”

“I ordered two different model evenings gowns. One was the Nox Anabel in Green. It is a beautiful dress!! Beautifully made with lovely silver beading. The cut was not right for my build unfortunately. It’s best for an elongated build not a curvy build. I regrettably need to return it. The other dress was a Marsoni beaded gown in Navy. Another beautiful dress. Stunning. Nice quality but didn’t suit my curvy pear shaped body. This needs to go back too.”

“How! One of dress color was incorrect, I have purchased two items: 1 ladivine dusty blue cd803 and 1 ladivine lavender and I received the incorrect one ladivine expresso 7446 in place of ladivine lavender. I would like to know if there is a compensation policy for this case, please keep in mind I’m in Argentina and the product return is not possible. Thanks.”

“We met with Kimberly and she was so helpful, especially dealing with my daughter who walked in teh store having not much of an idea what she wanted. We did end up going back for a second trip and buying one of the first dresses Kim shared with her. She was super helpful and I highly recommend!”

“I sent an email to the person that assisted with the dresses and she never responded. I think her name is Eden. I ended up ordering a dress online, the dress is beautiful but the top part of the dress has this tan padding that's glued to the heading. It makes the dress look tacky. I can't remove it, so I will have to try and dye it to a black color.”
