“I was a bit nervous ordering my daughter's prom dress online. But after little success in store shopping, we decided to order. Before ordering, we familiarized ourselves with the return/exchange policies so there would be no surprises, and followed the measurement guidelines. By default, my daughter is a size 2, based off the measurements taken and using the size chart for this particular dress, we ordered a size 4, and let me just tell you the dress fits her like a glove. It's perfect! Exactly as described online. I’m so happy we had a great experience and will order again in the future.”

“I purchased an evening gown by Alexander by Daymor in size 14 that was absolutely stunning. Unfortunately, the size suggested by the measurement chart was completely inaccurate for me, and the dress was far too large. As a result, I had to return it and exchange it for a different model in size 10. It was a shame to have to return it at my own expense, especially since I live in Italy and the shipping costs are quite high. It is also unfortunate that the company policy does not allow refunds; however, I was aware of this in advance, so I cannot really complain. That said, email communication with the company was somewhat strict but clear and efficient.”

“I live in the UK and was unsure about ordering from somewhere unknown in another country but was reassured by the reviews and the comprehensive website. Such attention to detail when ordering and that you have the option of talking to a human being if needed. It only took 12 days from order to receiving it here in the UK. UPS courier didn’t charge me duty tax either in arrival. I don’t think that always happens so I had expected to pay approx. £30. The whole experience was great and the dress is beyond perfect. Really beautiful and high quality. She (we) could not be more delighted with it and relieved to get this done well in advance of the prom in June. For the Brits; the whole thing came in at £180 gbp including p&p. Thank you”

“I was very excieted to receive this dress, but when I got it out of the box, the entire sequins on it was on the floor. I unfortunately did'nt pay attention to your return policy, and now stuck with a very cheap dress that I can't or wear.”

“I got the dress with defective and totally different than the picture it’s too long there is no way can anyone wear it like that they will drop off or fall off because of the length of the dress. Also was final sale I can’t return. No more trust in this website.”
