“7 days to return the dress after you get the dress and you can only get a STORE CREDIT AFTER YOU RETURN THE DRESS AND PAY A $14 FEE FOR A SHIPPING LABEL AND ALSO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE. I JUST TOOK MY MONEY AND SET IT ON FIRE, AND I HAVE THREE OTHER KIDS THAT WILL NEED A DRESS, ONE NEXT YEAR AND TWO THE YEAR AFTER THAT. YOU LOST A BIG ONE AND THANK YOU FOR THE CLASS THAT YOU'RE TEACHING. FATHER OF THREE GIRLS”

“No other site gives you such a short amount of time to try on the dress. Also, they force you to either get a store credit or an exchange. There is no option for a refund. Never going to buy from here again.”

“Do not recommend them at all! Their return policy is very bad, if the dress don't fit, the color or the design is not how it looks in the picture they charge you to send it and you have to use it to buy another dress. I decided to just donate the dress I bought, no point on getting on that mess of buying another one and getting store credit. I was looking for a mother of the bride dress, I am thankful I didn't buy the one I wanted which was 6,000.00.”

“The dress came so quick I could’ve bought it later than I thought. It came within a week and it looked just like the picture I was so satisfied. My only issue was I bought a medium and it came a small but with the same description as the medium? It did not worry me because I normally wear smalls but because of my figure I got a medium to be safe. But thankfully dress still fits. I’m sad I don’t go out to parties because if I did I’d be shopping here more!”

“I was a bit nervous ordering my daughter's prom dress online. But after little success in store shopping, we decided to order. Before ordering, we familiarized ourselves with the return/exchange policies so there would be no surprises, and followed the measurement guidelines. By default, my daughter is a size 2, based off the measurements taken and using the size chart for this particular dress, we ordered a size 4, and let me just tell you the dress fits her like a glove. It's perfect! Exactly as described online. I’m so happy we had a great experience and will order again in the future.”

“I purchased an evening gown by Alexander by Daymor in size 14 that was absolutely stunning. Unfortunately, the size suggested by the measurement chart was completely inaccurate for me, and the dress was far too large. As a result, I had to return it and exchange it for a different model in size 10. It was a shame to have to return it at my own expense, especially since I live in Italy and the shipping costs are quite high. It is also unfortunate that the company policy does not allow refunds; however, I was aware of this in advance, so I cannot really complain. That said, email communication with the company was somewhat strict but clear and efficient.”

“I live in the UK and was unsure about ordering from somewhere unknown in another country but was reassured by the reviews and the comprehensive website. Such attention to detail when ordering and that you have the option of talking to a human being if needed. It only took 12 days from order to receiving it here in the UK. UPS courier didn’t charge me duty tax either in arrival. I don’t think that always happens so I had expected to pay approx. £30. The whole experience was great and the dress is beyond perfect. Really beautiful and high quality. She (we) could not be more delighted with it and relieved to get this done well in advance of the prom in June. For the Brits; the whole thing came in at £180 gbp including p&p. Thank you”
