“I ordered a size 16 I weigh 222 and I’m 5’5 the train was long but I chose not to wear heels, otherwise the length is fine. Gorgeous dress got lots of compliments. Wore it to my best friend’s wedding.”

“I think your La Femme dresses are beaurtgul They all don't fit as weel as the frt couple I bought, I was sorrry to hear that I am not able to return oe of the dresses as it really was not well made like all the other. I am looking for a dress for my daghters wedding and I would have loved to try more of the La Femme dreeses on, but becaure of your police on returs, I will not buy from your store again. I will order diretly from La Femme or Nordstroms where the returns are more practicl.”

“A very bad experience. To begin with, I asked for an exchange because the top part wouldn't close, so I emailed them to see if they could give me a larger size. They replied that they couldn't because it was on sale. Well, I decided to have it altered, and it worked. But on the day of the party, what a surprise! After the religious ceremony, I got up and heard something pop, and to my shock, the dress had ripped at the hips in the back. It was the most embarrassing thing that could have happened, and I had no choice but to exchange it. Honestly, the dress was very pretty, but it's not worth spending so much on a dress that will only last while you're trying it on. I don't recommend it, especially since you don't even have the option of exchanging it. The designer was Jovani”

“Great customer service! They called me immediately to let me know that a particular size was sold out and worked with me determine my right size and went the extra mile to ship the dress by 2-day UPS due to time constraints on my end. Received many compliments for the dress.”

“I had to return a dress that ordered by mistake. I reached out to the store by email and they were very helpful. They allowed me to exchange the dress and the turn around was only a few days. I was relieved that I was able to get the dress I wanted because it was sold out quickly after.”
