“Arrived on time with no damage. Dress was gorgeous, high quantity material and the color was beautiful. Ordered it 1 size smaller as inspiration to slim down & wear to a special occasion next year.”

“Very bad website , very bad deal They refuse to return my items , that I surprised when it’s arrival to me which is a bad quality of fabric and bad items Customer services told me that you should be charged for shipment which is very expensive , ugly dresses , I don’t know what to do Iam plannning to through them to garbage”

“Initially purchased in yellow, however a representative reached out to apologize that that colour was no longer in stock and recommended I chose another. The representative was patient and courteous in my response. Happy I choose the red! Won’t you agree?”

“I visited New York where your store was and bought a dress for almost $900 but they didn’t have my size they said would send one by mail but what I received was the same small dress that didn’t fit I had to take it to a tailor to fixe it and made me pay another $700 just to make it my size I am so disappointed I have not much time left to spend on this matter but never again you guys not reliable and I am not happy with the outcome.”

“I attempted to return 2 dresses that did not like. I never even took the plastic wrapping off of them. NY dress sent me the return labels I requested and I mailed them back in their original packaging. Three weeks later. NY dress mailed them back to me stating they were not returnable because they were on sale 60% off. The items were not labeled as non- returnable on the website—— perhaps somewhere in fine print, but the items were not thus labeled. I will never make a purchase from this company again.”

“I placed my order one week before my event and customer service was very cooperative.. I received my dress in 2 days and I had enough time to try on the dress and do the hemming… thank you very much Nyd … I encouraged all my friends to Oder from this company.. very respectful and happy to do business with you.”
