I have been shopping for months for gowns for an upcoming wedding - I would have NEVER ordered gowns that are not returnable! To claim that still due to Covid you are not taking returns is ridiculous! I didn't order gowns that were on sale as that clearly said that they are final sale...I did not see that any where else with the purchase. I threw away over $1800 dollars...with that fact it's hard to compliment the dresses. Customer service was of zero help, I contacted them with the first return before I had even gotten notice that the other 2 gowns had shipped. At what point will you stop using Covid as an excuse??!!
