I bought a dress final sale. I completely understand I was taking a risk by doing so but it was so lovely. I recently had surgery and scars were visible and when I reached out to return, I was told that wasn't possible. I won't be shopping here again. You definitely don't care about building customer trust and loyalty. If I could give you 0 starts, I would.
