Return policy is very inconvenient and unaccommodating to its customers. If you're not going to allow returns, you should at least be selling quality dresses. The fabric in mine ripped soon as I put it on - see in the images. I can't even wear it to the occasion that I purchased it for. I should get my full money back, what an inconvenience and waste of hundreds of dollars. I cannot recommend New York Dress due to my experience and lack of customer service or accommodations besides a blunt no return policy.
