This was a lesson learned for me.. NEVER make a $500 purchase from a “No Refund or Exchange” online website. I viewed the pictures and made the purchase for my daughter’s prom dress. I received a different color from what was advertised and, after I called customer service, before hanging up, I noticed that they immediately put a message on their website in RED, stating that the pictures don’t represent the colors you may purchase. My daughter’s prom was almost ruined because of this!!! Luckily she looked absolutely beautiful in that BLUE!!😩 NEVER AGAIN..
