Due to Covid, the NYD new policies are understandable, but should have been more flexible regarding returns, these dresses are high in price, with no exchange or refund policy. We took a chance, ($375.00) and order a dress for my daughters prom, "luckily" it fit her well but the brassier area was too wide, and had to be altered. Other then that, the dress was gorgeous and had many, many complements.
