I ordered my dress April 21st and arrived May 25th. I was informed a week later my dress was on back order. I tried contacting the company on several occasions but they never replied or returned any of my phone calls or emails. My dress arrived on a defective plain cardboard box and from a different sender. I have doubts about its authenticity since it was just shoved in a small cardboard box with no garment cover or anything, it was a very expensive dress.
