I bought two twice from NYD; the first time, they sent me an email telling me that my size is not available!
The second experience was extremely missy. I chose the color from the drop list, completed the payment process, and received a confirmation email informing me that the process is completed. They will prepare the dress for shipment; the email included the color that I did not want. A few days later, when I checked my email, I noticed that they changed the color without notifying me before processing the payment. If they did so, I wouldn't take it.
They made me pay 15% of the total amount, and it is entirely unfair.
