The “No Return” policy is simply outrageous especially when purchasing a dress that costs $500 plus. I learned a truly valuable lesson by purchasing a dress that looked fabulous on the model on the website but looked like a giant curtain on me. Very disappointed to say the least. Never again. I am completely responsible for this outcome.
