Very bad customer service, when I did my order I paid extra for expedite shipping which is 4 days delivery.I placed my order Thursday night and didn’t receive any email for the tracking number. I called on Monday to talk with a customer service that was rude and unhelpful. I had to pay more for overnight shipping because the customer service told me the dress is still by the designer company and once NY dress get it they will notify me. (Which was supposed to happen on Monday that what the customer service girl told me) and I was supposed to get the dress in 2-3 days because I payed more. I waited all day long and still didn’t get any email. I called Tuesday to see why I didn’t receive any emails. to be told that the dress is not available in the warehouse that is near where I live and I have to wait 5-7 business days for the dress to be shipped from the designer to NY dress company !!!!!
I paid twice for the expedite shipping just to get the dress on time, yet here I am two days away from my event without a dress !!!
